Stamford Law Advises Prime Partners Corporate Finance on the Reverse Take-over of Lankom Electronics Limited

Stamford Law Corporation is advising Prime Partners Corporate Finance on the reverse take-over of Lankom Electronics Limited by Sinocom Pharmaceutical for approximately USD298 million. Sinocom is a Nevada corporation, with subsidiaries in China. It distributes a wide range of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) products to third and fourth-tier cities in China. In addition, it also manages its own TCM raw herb plantations, which is uncommon for most Chinese pharmaceutical distributors. This deal involves cross-border aspects, involving elements of US law and Chinese law, particularly regulations relating to the Chinese pharmaceutical industry, Singapore securities laws and listing rules, as Lankom is listed on the Singapore Exchange.

The Stamford Law team was led by SOH Chun Bin.
