Henrik Carlborg has 10 years of experience of real estate transactions, corporate acquisitions and disposals in Russia, Sweden and Finland. He has advised both industrial companies and financial investors in connection to establishments on the Russian market, investments in Russian companies, creations of joint ventures and other matters of Russian commercial law. Henrik comes from Mannheimer Swartling in Moscow. He has also practised at White & Case in both Helsinki and Moscow. Henrik is established as one of the main Swedish practitioners in Russia.
