The Managing Partner of Herbert Geer, Bill Fazio, is delighted to announce the arrival of some key additions to the firm’s national Corporate team.
Joining the firm as a partner is Andrew Bristow, who was previously a principal at Macpherson and Kelley, and prior to that a partner at Holman Webb Lawyers, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal.
Andrew has 25 years’ experience in the areas of public and private fundraising, conducting due diligence investigations, company and business acquisitions, corporate structuring, corporate governance and employee wealth creation. Andrew’s industry experience covers aircraft manufacture, transport, property development, and mining and agriculture.
Based in Sydney, Andrew is also joined by Special Counsel, Catriona Glover.
