Sidley Austin has expanded its Asia Pacific presence with the addition of TomDeegan who will soon join the firm’s global Energy practice as a partner in the Hong Kong office. Mr. Deegan has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate matters with a strong focus on transactions in the energy and natural resources sectors.
Mr. Deegan has spent over 20 years advising clients on international deals throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Central and North America. In addition to his experience on complex energy transactions, he has represented clients in a wide variety of transactional matters including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and projects.
