With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd, the large-size commercial chain enterprise, raised a total fund of approx. RMB 2.6 billion for its initial public offering of 110,000,000 common shares on 10 December 2010. Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd was afterwards listed at the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 15 December 2010.
