Mayer Brown JSM is pleased to announce that it has advised the partners of Davis Langdon & Seah (“DLS”), the leading cost/project management and quantity surveying consultancy in Asia, on its merger with Arcadis N.V. (“Arcadis”), the international consultancy, design, engineering and management services company.
DLS is the oldest and largest cost and project consultancy in Asia, with more than 2,800 employees in 37 offices across the region. All of the 15 international and 42 local partners of DLS will remain with the company after merger.
“We are delighted to have been involved with the DLS partners in this successful merger,” said Stephen Bottomley, partner of Mayer Brown JSM. “This is the very satisfactory culmination of five months of hard teamwork with our client and their other advisers, to deliver the merger against a challenging timetable.”
The Mayer Brown JSM team was led by corporate partner Stephen Bottomley in Hong Kong.
