Norton Rose Boosts Intellectual Property Practice with New Partner

Norton Rose Australia has boosted its Australian IP practice with the appointment of Sydney IP lawyer Jackie O’Brien, who brings more than 20 years of specialist experience to the practice.

Jackie, formerly of Allens Arthur Robinson, is recognised as a leader in her area of practice by Chambers Global, Who’s Who of International Trademark Lawyers and Doyle’s Guide. Her legal expertise includes; advising on trade marks, copyright, patents, confidential information and know how, designs and misleading and deceptive conduct.
