With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Shanghai Xujiahui Commercial Co., Ltd. raised a total fund of approx. RMB 1.12 billion for its initial public offering of 70,000,000 common shares on 28 February 2011. Shanghai Xujiahui Commercial Co., Ltd. was afterwards listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 3 March 2011.
