Adam Stapledon to Join Allen & Overy as Partner in the Banking Practice in Australia

Allen & Overy is pleased to announce that Adam Stapledon will be joining its Banking practice in Sydney in April.

Adam has more than 13 years of experience advising clients on a range of structured debt products and derivatives, project financing transactions including resources, power, telecommunications, infrastructure finance transactions as well as acquisition and corporate financing transactions.

Adam has lectured on syndicated lending courses at the University of Sydney, he is also a regular presenter at the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) documentation seminars.

Adam will join Allen & Overy from Freehills in Sydney where he has been a partner for the past four years. Prior to joining Freehills, Adam worked in London at Shearman & Sterling.
