DAC Beachcroft’s “best friends” law firm in India, KSP, has announced the appointment of two new insurance partners.
Trinath Tadakamalla and Mrinal Ojha join the firm from leading New Delhi insurance practice, Tuli & Co. Both Trinath and Mrinal are well respected in the insurance industry in India and enjoy strong links to the London Market.
DAC Beachcroft established links with eight-partner corporate law firm KSP three years ago. The firm has directly operated offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore and its clients now include a number of overseas insurers operating in the region, such as Bajaj Allianz, Bharti Axa and Future Generali.
