Daniel Ginting expands Jakarta office

Daniel Ginting Law Firm (DGLF), Allen & Overy’s associated office in Indonesia today welcomes Harun Reksodiputro as a partner in the corporate practice.

Harun has more than 16 years of experience advising multinational companies, prominent Indonesian business groups and Indonesian public companies on corporate transactions, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals. Harun’s experience is broad based across sectors including FIG, retail, energy and telecoms.

Allen & Overy entered into an exclusive association with DGLF in July 2010. Since then, Allen & Overy and DGLF have provided clients with integrated international and Indonesian legal advice on matters across the projects, banking and finance, international capital markets and corporate/M&A practice areas.
