Dentons Hong Kong is pleased to announce that Enoch Wong has joined the Firm as a partner in the Capital Markets group, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Enoch Wong specializes in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance matters. He advises domestic and international companies on their IPOs on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as on M&A transactions, placings and other compliance matters in relation to listed companies.
