Eversheds Appoints new Managing Partner in Shanghai

International law firm Eversheds has welcomed M&A partner Jean-Marc Deschandol as the new Managing Partner of its Shanghai office.

Jean-Marc is a corporate finance specialist with more than 20 years of on-the-ground experience in China. Over the years he has further focussed his expertise towards cross-border M&A, leading on complex and high profile transactions. Jean-Marc qualified in France before moving to China.  He speaks and reads English, Chinese and French fluently.

After a decade at Norton Rose, establishing and developing the firm’s China Practice, Jean-Marc joins Eversheds as Managing Partner in Shanghai to further boost Eversheds’ development strategy in the region.
