Holman Fenwick Willan builds construction practice

Leading international law firm, Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) is delighted to announce the recruitment of former Mayer Brown JSM Partner, Nick Longley, to join its Hong Kong office as a Partner, effective 1 January 2011. Nick’s recruitment follows the December 2010 hire of Rhys Lewis, a corporate Partner in the firm’s Dubai office. Rhys specialises in corporate and commercial transactions with extensive experience in the Middle East and North Africa.

Nick is a specialist construction and engineering lawyer with 20 years of experience in Hong Kong, Melbourne and London. He advises governments, contractors, specialist subcontractors, consultants and insurers on all aspects of construction and construction insurance law. Ranked by independent legal directories as one of Hong Kong’s leading construction lawyers and rated highly by clients for his industry knowledge and accessibility, Nick has been involved in a number of high-profile construction projects and disputes in Hong Kong, Asia Pacific and Melbourne. He is joined by Associates Richard Lyons andVincent Liu.
