HWL Ebsworth has announced that Matthew Rowe has joined the firm as a partner in the Commercial practice group at the Norwest office.
Matthew joins HWL Ebsworth from Coleman Grieg where he was the head of the Commercial Advice team.
Matthew has extensive experience providing commercial advice to multinational organisations, significant Australian public and private companies and small to medium sized enterprises.
Matthew’s expertise spans a broad range of areas, including franchising, acquisitions and disposals, distribution and licensing agreements, compliance and disputes.
Matthew joins partners Ashley Holland and Denis Hall in the Norwest office.
