HWL Ebsworth has announced that Harry Cormack has joined the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Group in Sydney.
Harry has joined HWL Ebsworth from Gadens Lawyers where he was a partner for seven years. Prior to that, Harry worked in the Banking and Finance Team of Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Harry has over 33 years experience in advising some of Australia’s leading banking and financial services institutions. His experience in advising on commercial lending transactions extends from the SME space through to the institutional level with a particular emphasis on the corporate, commercial and business banking spaces.
Harry’s experience has seen him advise on financing across a number of industry sectors, including agribusiness, hotels and leisure, aged care and retirement villages, pharmacies and health care, education, property and construction, franchising and professional services.
Harry’s pragmatic, commercial and solution based approach, coupled with his strong client service focus, is highly valued by his clients.
