Jones Day Welcomes Banking & Finance Of Counsel Donna Healy

The global law firm Jones Day is pleased to announce that Donna Healy has joined the Firm’s Banking & Finance Practice. Formerly of counsel with the Banking & Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance groups at Orrick, she will be based in Jones Day’s Hong Kong Office.

Ms. Healy’s practice focuses on structured finance, banking, and debt capital markets. She counsels clients on general banking and finance and structured finance transactions. Her experience also extends to cross-border real estate financings in China and cross-border securitization transactions in Korea, and she has been involved in some of the largest and most innovative securitization transactions in the region.

Ms. Healy received her Post Graduate Diploma in Law at University of Birmingham in 1996. She is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales.
