Fangda Partners is very delighted to announce that Mr. Jun Hu has joined the firm as a partner.
Based in the firm’s Beijing office, Jun’s practice areas include M&A, private equity investment, general corporate, banking, securities offerings, and foreign direct investment. Jun has been very active serving multinational companies in their acquisition/cooperation and general corporate matters in China, and PRC enterprises in their overseas acquisition projects. Jun has also represented dozens of companies in connection with their global securities (both equity and debt) offerings as well as domestic securitization projects. In addition, Jun has regularly provided legal services to various charities or professional institutions, including Chinese Financial Executive Institute, the leading professional organization with the CFOs of overseas listed companies and pre-IPO companies involving PRC interests as its members. Before joining the firm, Jun has practiced with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Dewey LeBoeuf LLP as an associate, and leading PRC law firms as a partner for twelve years.
The addition of Jun to Fangda’s partnership demonstrates the firm’s commitment to strengthening its leading position in the areas of M&A and FDI practice.
