Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Maria Tan Pedersen as a corporate partner in the firm’s Hong Kong office. She joins K&L Gates from Howrey LLP.
An experienced transactional and energy lawyer with a diversified corporate and commercial practice, Pedersen regularly represents Asian and other international clients in project and commercial financing matters and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and international contracts. She also advises clients on a broad range of energy, operational and strategic business, and regulatory compliance matters.
