Leading capital markets lawyer Joseph Lee joins Jones Day in Hong Kong

The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Joseph Lee joined its Hong Kong Office as a partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice.

Mr. Lee focuses his practice on corporate finance and securities transactions, with a particular emphasis on initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also advises listed and private companies in Hong Kong on a broad range of M&A, joint venture, and private equity transactions and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and reorganization.

A graduate of the University of Alberta, Canada, LL.B (with distinction) in 1996, Mr. Lee is admitted to the Hong Kong and British Columbia bars. Before joining Jones Day, he was a partner in the Hong Kong office of Fried Frank.
