Middletons Grows Its Own Infrastructure to Assist Clients in Major Projects

Today Middletons announces the arrival of a new partner, Catie Burdett, to its Major Projects & Infrastructure group. Formerly a partner of Johnson Winter & Slattery, Catie is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in the area of transport, energy and infrastructure projects. She has advised and acted for both the public and private sector on large construction, procurement, manufacturing and outsourcing projects.

Middletons national managing partner, Nick Nichola, in announcing the appointment said, “Catie possesses specialised knowledge, acquired from advising across a range of Australian and internationally based transport, energy and infrastructure projects to clients such as the Victorian Department of Transport, Origin Energy, GTL Resources plc, TransLink Transit Authority, Port of Hasting Corporation and the Auckland Regional Transport Authority.”

When asked about her appointment to the Middletons’ partnership, Catie said, “Middletons is well known for its long standing participation in infrastructure projects.
