Middletons has announced the appointment of Lucy Shanahan as special counsel in the firm’s Workplace, Relations & Safety group in Sydney. Lucy, formerly of Ashurst, has many years experience in employment and industrial relations.
Middletons national managing partner, Nick Nichola said “Lucy possesses skills covering the full gamut of employment and industrial relations law. Her extensive experience in both private practice and in-house roles will provide valuable insights for servicing our clients.”
Lucy’s experience includes dealing with executive employment issues, performance management, grievances, disciplinary matters and termination of employment. She is also an experienced litigator, acting on a range of contentious industrial relations issues.
