RHTLaw Taylor Wessing is pleased to announce the addition of Mr Gerard Ng as a Partner in our Banking and Finance Practice with effect from 15 July 2013.
Gerard is qualified to practise in Singapore, England and Wales. His areas of practice include banking, finance, general corporate, and mergers and acquisitions.
He was previously with an international law firm practising corporate, banking and finance law, where he acted for financial institutions and listed companies on a wide range of transactions such as acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.
