Moray & Agnew has bolstered its professional indemnity and directors and officers practice with the appointment of Peter Tredinnick as a partner in its Sydney office.
Peter specialises in financial lines and is regularly retained in high profile and complex litigation, as well as more routine claims work. Additionally, he is well regarded by his insurer clients for his expertise in financial lines insurance policy drafting and interpretation.
Peter joins Moray & Agnew from DLA Phillips Fox and brings more than 25 years of insurance experience. Former DLA special counsel, Belinda Marshall, and a number of lawyers will form the basis of Peter’s team at Moray & Agnew.
In announcing the appointments, national managing partner, Michael Pitt recognised the wealth of expertise and synergies the new team brings to Moray & Agnew.
