International law firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its international Corporate practice in China with the appointment of partner Eric Lin.
Eric has experience in international M&A, projects and project finance, energy and infrastructure and real estate matters. Eric has worked extensively with Chinese and European clients and has deep experience advising on China outbound investment and China inbound investment matters. He was previously a senior associate at Allen & Overy Beijing, having also worked in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
