We are pleased to announce that Arnaud Bourrut Lacouture has joined our corporate team. Arnaud is admitted to the Paris Bar, and has had considerable experience in both France and Vietnam. He adds capability to our Europe desk – with fluency in French and strong skills in Spanish – as well as to our Indochina desk. He has expertise negotiating legal solutions for multi-jurisdictional investors’ programmes, structuring cross-border transactions with multinational investors and drafting and negotiating bilingual agreements. Arnaud graduated with a Master in Business Law (with honours) from Paris XII University, and also holds a Master in Management from EDHEC, one of the top ranked business schools in France.
