Global law firm White & Case LLP is pleased to announce the addition of senior lawyer, Eugene Man, to its Greater China bank finance practice in Hong Kong.
Eugene, who joins White & Case in the position of Counsel, has nine years’ experience with Allen & Overy. Dual-qualified in Hong Kong and England, Eugene has solid experience in advising financial institutions, corporates and sponsors across a broad range of cross-border transactions including syndicated and bilateral bank financing, leveraged and acquisition financing, and project financing. Complementing this skill-set, Eugene is also experienced in equity margin, pre-IPO, property and structured financing, as well as restructuring.
Commenting on the move, John Hartley, regional head of White & Case’s bank finance practice and executive partner of the Hong Kong Office, said: “The addition of Eugene to our team further strengthens our existing Hong Kong and English law finance capabilities, enabling us to continue to build on our platform and we are delighted to have him join us.”
