International law firm Pinsent Masons is delighted to announce that it has entered into a long-term cooperation with Beijing Hesen Law Firm that will boost its Projects and Construction offering in China.
Following on the back of its move to a new and larger office in Shanghai, this news is the latest underpinning the firm’s ambitions for growth in China and the wider Asia Pacific region. Beijing Hesen Law Firm is led by Ye Wanhe and Dr. Elvis Zhou, two of China’s leading construction lawyers. They have extensive experience in advising domestic and international Chinese companies on a range of issues.
China has the world’s highest levels of planned spend on infrastructure. This co-operation will allow Chinese clients with projects or disputes within China to benefit from Pinsent Masons’ knowledge and expertise. It also provides international organisations that either work in, or are entering the Chinese market now to have access to two leading domestic lawyers as well as Pinsent Masons’ experience.
