Clayton Utz is acting as counsel to Macquarie Capital (Australia) Limited and Euroz Securities Limited, joint lead managers in respect of the successfully completed $118 million institutional placement by ASX-listed nickel miner and gold explorer, Independence Group NL.
Macquarie is sole bookrunner and global coordinator to the offer, which includes an associated $30 million share purchase plan to existing shareholders.
