Davis Polk Advises ORIX Corporation on $750 Million SEC-Registered Notes Offering

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised ORIX Corporation in connection with its SEC-registered shelf takedown of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.71% notes due 2015. Banc of America Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and UBS Securities LLC were the joint bookrunners for the offering.

ORIX, one of Japan’s leading financial services groups, provides a broad range of commercial and consumer finance products and services to corporate and retail customers in Japan and overseas.
