Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Synutra International, Inc. on an SEC-registered offering of 3,300,000 shares, or up to 3,795,000 shares including the over-allotment option, of its common stock.
Synutra International, Inc. is a leading infant formula company in China that focuses on selling premium infant formula products, as well as more affordable infant formulas targeting the mass market and other nutritional products and ingredients.
