Davis Polk Advises the Export-Import Bank of Korea on $1.25 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Woori Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., as underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered Schedule B debt offering by The Export-Import Bank of Korea of US$1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.125% notes due 2020.

The Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM) is an official export credit agency providing comprehensive export credit and guarantee programs to support Korean enterprises in conducting overseas business. KEXIM’s primary services to its clients include export loans, trade finance and guarantee programs.
