Davis Polk Advises Toyo Seikan on Its Acquisition of Stolle Machinery Company

Davis Polk is advising Toyo Seikan Kaisha, Ltd. in connection with its $775 million acquisition of Stolle Machinery Company, LLC from GSO Capital Partners LP. Closing is subject to, among other conditions, receiving competition law approvals in relevant jurisdictions.

Toyo Seikan is a Japanese company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of packaging containers made of various materials. Based in Centennial, Colorado, Stolle Machinery is a market leader in the provision of high technology capital equipment and services to the beverage, food and consumer container industries.
