Davis Polk advised Merrill Lynch International, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited as initial purchasers in connection with the CNY1 billion Regulation S offering by Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited of its 7.875% notes due 2016.

Fantasia currently focuses its real estate activities in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, the Pearl River Delta region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Beijing-Tianjin metropolitan region.
