Davis Polk advised The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, KDB Asia Limited, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS AG as underwriters in connection with a Schedule B debt offering by The Korea Development Bank of US$750 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.00% notes due 2016.
