Gilbert + Tobin has advised Corporation Service Company (CSC, a US-based organisation) on its acquisition of Melbourne IT’s Digital Brand Services division (DBS) for a cash consideration of A$152.5m. DBS provides online brand protection and consultancy services to organisations seeking to maximise the value of their online assets.
