Mayer Brown JSM, a leading global law firm, is pleased to announce that it is acting for CSI Properties Limited in the partial sale of AXA Centre in Hong Kong.
CSI Properties is selling more than 70% of floor space and a majority of the car parking spaces of the office building that is located at No. 151 Gloucester Road in the Wanchai district of Hong Kong.
The transactions are still ongoing and the total consideration has already exceeded HK$1.5 billion (US$193 million). It is estimated that when all the floor space and car parking spaces have been sold, the total consideration will reach between HK$3.3 billion to HK$3.5 billion.
