Norton Rose Singapore office advises on US$75 million convertible bond issuance

International legal practice Norton Rose (Asia) LLP advised Jefferies International Limited on a US$75 million convertible bond issuance by Shiv – vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Limited. The bonds, which are underwritten by Jefferies International were issued on 16 July 2010 and will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and have a five year maturity with right to convert into the ordinary shares of Shiv – vani.

Shiv – vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Limited is a leading private sector onshore oil and gas service provider in India and the issuance of $US75 million convertible bonds is subject to an upsize option of US$20 million.
