O’Melveny & Myers LLP advised KV Asia Capital (KV Asia Capital) on the establishment of its first fund, KV Asia Capital Fund I. KV Asia Capital, founded in 2010, is a private equity firm focused on investments in mid-sized companies in South East Asia.
