Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it is advising Digital Realty Trust, a leading global data center solution provider, in the launch of a joint venture with Savvis, a CenturyLink company and global leader in cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions, to acquire a 165,000-square-foot property located in Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate in Hong Kong’s New Territories.
The acquisition, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2012, will provide next generation, large co-location and managed cloud services which will solidify Hong Kong’s reputation as an attractive data center market.
The Paul Hastings team was led by partner David Blumenfeld with support from Wayne Ma, Paul Guan, Celia Chau, David Li and Annie Pan.
