Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised the purchaser, Leader Fortune Holdings Limited (“Leader Fortune”), in the entering of a Sale and Purchase Agreement with the subsidiaries of Kosmopolito Hotels International Limited (“KHI”) for the acquisition of Central Park Hotel in Hong Kong. The purchase is for a consideration of HK$515 million. Leader Fortune has an option to enter into a hotel management contract with Kosmopolito Hotels International Services Limited, a subsidiary of KHI, to manage the hotel after completion of the acquisition.
