Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented leading financial services firm JP Morgan (JPM), as the sole sponsor and the depositary bank, on the secondary listing of Hong Kong Depositary Receipts (HDRs) of Coach, Inc., a leading marketer of modern classic American accessories, on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx).
Coach, Inc. (NYSE-COH; HKEx-6388) is the first company incorporated in the United States to list in Hong Kong.
