Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented BOCOM International (Asia) Limited and Macquarie Capital Securities Limited as the joint sponsors, BOCOM International Securities Limited and Macquarie Capital Securities Limited as the joint global coordinators, and BOCOM International Securities Limited, First Shanghai Securities Limited, GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited and Macquarie Capital Securities Limited as the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers in Wuzhou International Holdings Limited’s (“Wuzhou International”) US$178 million global initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Wuzhou International is a Jiangsu-based property developer and a leader in the development and operation of specialized wholesale markets in China. The proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the land acquisition, construction and development of projects as well as for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
