Salans Advises UFG Real Estate on Acquisition of Class A Office Building in Moscow, Bakhrushina Street

Salans has advised UFG Real Estate on its acquisition of a 5,078 sq.m. office centre in Moscow located at 32-1 Bakhrushina Street, across the Garden Ring from the Paveletskij Railway Station. The building was constructed in 2002, and is a Class A business centre rented out to reputable high quality Western and Russian tenants including among others the BBC, Bank VTB 24 and a German consulting company, Russia Consulting. UFG acquired the building from its previous owners, Austrian Akron Group. The transaction was closed in May 2010.
