Sidley Austin has advised UBS as the sole global coordinator in connection with the recent follow-on offering by LT Group, a Philippine-listed conglomerate that raised approximately USD$912 million. The follow-on offering is the country’s largest ever equity sale, and is the second largest equity offering of any type in the Philippines.
The Sidley team was led by partner Alex Lloyd, whose practice focuses on debt and equity capital markets, including high yield debt offerings and initial public offerings. He was assisted by associates Benjamin Carale and Dorothy Dizon on this deal.
