The firm is representing Xiabuxiabu Catering Management (China) Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Xiabu Xiabu”) in connection with the sale of Xiabu Xiabu shares by Actis to General Atlantic.
Xiabu Xiabu is the largest individual, bar-style hotpot restaurant chain in China, with more than 300 restaurants in a number of cities.
The Simpson Thacher team for the transaction includes Chris Lin, Liang Wang and Duan Fu.
