Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP advised Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Calyon, Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore Limited and Nomura International plc as managers for a US$1 billion Rule 144A/Regulation S notes offering by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam of its 6.75% notes due 2020.
