Stamford Law is advising CLSA Singapore Pte Ltd in its capacity as the placement agent in Nam Cheong Limited’s share placement to raise net proceeds of approximately S$47 million. Nam Cheong Limited is a global offshore marine group specialising in the building of Offshore Support Vessels, and is listed on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST.
