Stamford Law Corporation is advising Daqing City Dazheng Building Installation Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sino Construction Limited, which has entered into a US$250 million sale and purchase agreement dated 12 November 2010 with Mr Liu Zhi Qiang to acquire the entire equity capital of Daqing Sunshine Reli Thermal Co., Ltd (Sunshine), a domestic enterprise established under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Sunshine is engaged in the business of providing heating services by way of the supply pressurized steam through Daqing City, the People’s Republic of China.
