Stamford Law is advising SGX-Mainboard-listed Ocean Sky International Limited on its proposed US$55 million disposal of its apparel operations to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luen Thai Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
